Onmyoji 2023 Secret Santa

Join the 2023 Secret Santa Exchange! Sign up and get assigned a recipient, create artwork or writing for them, and receive your own gift at Christmas! Scroll to the bottom and select "Sign Up" to complete your form!

SCHEDULE

RULES

1. Communications on assignments, check-ins, and reminders will be conducted through email. Please use an active email address.
2. If you do need to drop out at any time, please let the mods know as soon as possible! You can find our contact information here
3. Please do not post about your assignee or progress on your gift. We want it to be a surprise!
4. If you do not respond to progress checks in a timely manner, or fail to provide any evidence of work, we will remove you from the process and reassign anyone associated.
5. For ease of contact, please refrain from changing your Twitter username during this process.

GIFT RULES

1. For visual works (digital and traditional), please ensure your work is more rendered than a simple sketch. If submitting a traditional piece, please ensure a high-quality photo of your work is uploaded.
2. Written works should be a minimum of 1500 English words.
3. Gifts should be entirely new works featuring Onmyoji RPG characters. Please do not reuse existing pieces.
4. Please adhere to your prompter's requests (do not add additional pairings).
5. Use warnings and tags when relevant.6. NSFW prompts are not allowed this year.

PINCH-HITTERS

1. If you opt to be a pinch hitter, you may be contacted in the case someone drops from the exchange.
2. You will not receive a second gift as a pinch hitter.
3. Please ensure you are able to finish a piece in an expedited amount of time. Pinch hitters are expected to complete and submit an additional piece within the same timeframe.
